So...remember how I was talking about how my Grandmother died a couple weeks ago?

Well last night I got a letter in the mail from my Grandpa...She left me a LOT of money. I am holding a check for 10k in my hands, right now.

Holy shit.

Half is going towards school.
The rest.
I dunno.
New Art.
Clothing.
Comics...

Wow guys.
My family had been low on money recently because of my dad's medical bills, and this is just amazing.
I don't even want to mention the amount HE got in the mail. But for once, it really looks like things are going to turn around and be, not just okay, but awesome!

Bad News.

Got home after a really nice night with Justin, and found out my Grandma died.

(No Kelly, not our Grandma.)

My dad's mom died today...
It's strange.
You don't think that people who have been there for your entire life will leave...
This is just too weird, I don't know what to think.

Vegitarian/Vegan DAY 2

So yesterday morning my friend and I decided we would try the veggie life.

It's awesome so far.
I had to pick up a couple multi-vitamins today to make sure all is well.
But I have a book of recipes and I'm excited to try them out.

I ventured with the same friend into Boystown, Chicago today.
We went to this AWESOME vegan place called Chicago Diner.
It was really good.
I thought that eating veggies and such only would be dull and tasteless...but that place proved me wrong!
If anything, by limiting what I'm able to eat, I'm going to expand on the different foods I'm GOING to eat.
New veggies, fruits, soups...yadda yadda....

Anyway, I'm making a broccoli soup right now, so I must go.
